How long will it take for you to respond to my email?

We aim to respond to all emails within 24hrs.

What are your opening hours?

Our regular hours of business for both our Customer Service Team and Showroom are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

If I order today, when will I receive my item?

If you order today, one of our team will contact you within 24 hours by email to discuss the delivery service and to confirm when we will dispatch your item(s). We aim to deliver in-stock items within 3 working days. If an item is not in stock, you can subscribe to an email, so you can be informed when your item is back in stock.

Can you do weekend deliveries?

Saturday & Sunday deliveries are sometimes available; however, this is dependent on whether the courier is available to deliver in your area. We will try to accommodate your request but cannot make any guarantees.

If the item I am interested in is out of stock, what should I do?

I need my delivery in a hurry. What services are available?

We can sometimes arrange a next day service on a pallet; please contact us to discuss available express delivery options.

I am only going to be available to take delivery at a particular time of day. What services are available?

Our delivery services offer a 4hr time slot for the day of delivery; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if this will be an AM or PM delivery time, please note: you may be charged a redelivery fee if you agree to accept delivery and you are not available at the time of the call.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery to UK addresses is ordinarily free! For customers further afield, we usually apply a surcharge starting from £30. These areas include Scotland, Scottish Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Jersey and the Channel Islands.

Do you deliver to the Isle of Man?

Yes, we do deliver to the Isle of Man, the delivery cost is around £120 and usually takes around 5-10 working days.

I work all day and need to know when delivery will be?

Don’t worry, if you are unsure on when your delivery will be. Contact us and we will be able to give you a time slot, or we can also leave your item with a neighbour.

Are there any shipping/carrier charges?

We have a variety of couriers, so this does depend on which courier is delivering to your address.

Will you take the packaging away after delivery?

No, sadly we can’t take any packaging away after the delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if it’s easier for you to collect your order, then please do. We do have two pick up sites, so please contact us so we can find the correct one for you.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

We use a variety of couriers depending on where your destination is, each courier has there own methods, so this is all dependant on the courier.

Will you provide VAT invoice?

We can provide one on request and only after the goods have been dispatched. Please, contact customer services once your delivery has been made.

Could you send me a swatch of your fabric?

Yes, if you’re unsure about what our upholstery looks or feels like we will happily send you a swatch fabric, simply email our customer service team.

What maintenance is required?

No specific maintenance. If maintenance is needed, it will be specified on the product page.

I have changed my mind; can I cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel your order before we dispatch it, and if you aren’t happy with the product when it arrives, you can return it for free within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Can I exchange my order for something different once delivered?

Do you offer trade prices?

No, but we do offer discounts on large orders.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom is located in Bolton, it is open Monday to Friday 9-5, open on Saturday's from 10-4 and if these hours don't suit you, we also offer an appointment only service on Sundays.

Showing at currently unavailable for delivery - what does this mean?

Sadly, this means that this item is not in stock. We do offer an email subscription service, so you can be informed straight away when an item is being brought back in stock. Just type in your email address on the item you want to be informed about.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, on the website and over the phone, except American Express. We also accept PayPal; finance options are also available.
