Price Match Promise

At Lifestyle Furniture we guarantee we will not be beaten on price for any of our furniture. Our price match promise covers all of our furniture, so if you find a price cheaper elsewhere, we can guarantee that we will match it.

 

To take advantage of this promise, simply email [email protected] providing us with the following information:

• The product name and the price of the item you’re interested in

• The web address of the competitor’s item

 

We will then review the information you have sent across and respond with our decision.

 

Please note the following conditions must be met:

 

• The product on the competitor’s website has to be identical to the product on our site

• The alternative item is currently in stock with the competitor and available for delivery

• The price is the normal price for the item and is not on a special offer/sale

• The item is brand new

• There is no discount code applied to the item

• The promise only applies to goods sold online from retailers in the UK

• The price is inclusive of VAT and any additional charges i.e. delivery

• The competitor’s website is not a price comparison or auction site, such as eBay

• We can verify the price match before you buy, or you have 7 days after your order to send a price match claim
